We are a small team skilled in electrical and electronic engineering, high-level gastronomy, F&B controlling, marketing and sales.

Based on numerous national and international scientific studies, as well as our own research, we have identified the problems associated with traditional Doner kebab preparation using open vertical grills and developed a technological solution.

In developing our vertical grill, we have utilized the expertise of the EHEDGE-European Hygienic & Design Group, whose goal is to be the leading source of hygienic design and engineering expertise, improving food safety and quality across the industry.

Our team is also professionally supported by a culinary advisor, an internationally renowned and award-winning chef.
