The traditional kebab concept faces significant shortcomings in efficiency, hygiene, and quality. The age-old method of using open vertical grills is outdated, especially in light of modern health-conscious and sustainable trends.

Health Risks: Unsanitary meat exposure and inconsistent cooking temperatures pose major health risks.

Meat Waste: A substantial amount of meat, approximately 15-25%, is wasted daily due to drying out or being left over, impacting both profitability and sustainability.

Energy Inefficiency: Most of the energy used in cooking heats the surroundings rather than the meat itself, resulting in higher operational costs and a greater environmental impact.

Labour-Intensive Process: Preparing kebabs is labour-intensive, requiring skilled personnel with expertise and physical stamina.
